The Little Girl I Had to Heal

The first chapter. Launch-day early access. A reflection guide for the road ahead.

Maybe you know her, too.

The woman who looks healed.
But still flinches.

Who forgave out loud.
And still aches in private.

Who became strong because no one gave her the option to be soft.

Who learned how to survive before she ever learned how to feel safe.

Some pain does not disappear because we stop naming it. It grows quiet. It follows us. And when no one speaks, it gets handed down.

I decided it would stop with me.

A warm writing space with an open journal

I know, because I was her.

A note from me to you

I did not write this from the other side of perfect.

I wrote it from the middle of becoming.

I had to sit with things I thought I was over. I had to understand the little girl I used to be. Forgive things I could not change. And recognize how some old wounds followed me into the woman I became.

So I sat with it. I wrote it down. And I lived long enough to hand it to you.

This is your story now. You are the woman still becoming. I am only walking beside you.

— Mzketta Wiley

We can begin gently

Three small steps.
One honest beginning.

01

Get on the list

Leave your name here. I’ll hold your place.

02

Read the first chapter

Sit with the first pages in your own time.

03

Walk with me

On launch day, we step into the story together.

If I keep carrying it

I can keep calling survival strength.

I can keep smiling before I am ready. Keep shrinking around old rooms. Keep handing tomorrow the pain I never chose.

If I finally set it down

I make room for the woman I’m still becoming.

Not untouched. Not unfinished. Just softer with myself. More honest. Free to write a better story with the same brave girl inside me.

Good stories heal people.

You do not have to read this one alone.

I’ll send you the first chapter, the reflection guide I made for the quiet moments, and early access when the book arrives.

Just a gentle note when there is something worth sharing.

Maybe another woman needs these words.

“I’ve been holding something close to my heart. The Little Girl I Had to Heal is coming. For the little girl I was. For the woman I’m still becoming.”
